Support this petition to help the Maldives in this difficult period. The only way to resolve a problem involving democratic legitimacy is through free and fair elections that help restore legitimacy. This is especially important in the Maldives, where doubts over the independence and integrity of the judiciary mean that resolution of the problem through the courts is not possible. |
